FALL Y'ALL'S BACKGROUND:

Alright, so here’s the deal: We’ve put together a limited seasonal roast that’s perfect for keeping you cozy and energized all fall long—whether you’re out in the crisp morning air, catching the afternoon breeze, or chilling on a cold evening. We wanted to bring you a coffee that feels like wrapping up in a blanket with a good book. Or as we like to say, “it’s giving French press vibes with a side of campfire.”

This roast is a little darker than what you might be used to, with a richer body and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor? Think baked nuts, warm fruit, and a hint of those spices you love in fall.

It’s a pre-blend roast, which basically means we mix all the green beans together before roasting. Since they’re from the same farm and altitude, they roast pretty evenly. Pre-roasting our Fall Y'all blend makes the flavors come together in a way that’s super balanced. If we roasted the beans separately, some flavors might steal the show, and we’re all about harmony in every sip.
